My name is Lily Robbins. I play the 2 or the 3 and when needed, the 6. I have been playing soccer since I was 4, and Surf has been my home for the past 5 years.
At Surf we play with a possession based game. My soccer IQ allows me to create many attacking chances through smart and creative passes. I am noted for my relentless defense and sending accurate and manageable air services into the box. These pings have been headed into the goal numerous times, occasionally even being game winners and tie breakers. The distance of the best passing option rarely deters me as I can send pinpoint accurate passes across the width of the field.
When playing in the middle, I get to display my variety of turns and control. I am sterling with the inside and outside of either foot and am able to spin 270 degrees with the ball. No matter the intensity of the game, I will always push through to ensure I provide my team the best chance to win. My fiercely competitive nature is balanced by my priority of putting my team first.
Off the field, my passions include hanging with family and friends, playing with my dog, any kind of science, photography, and giving back to the community via volunteer work.
