Hi I'm Tatum Damron, a left and right outside back for SD Surf and on Westview's Varsity soccer team. I have been playing soccer since I was four years old. I joined my first club team at San Diego Soccer Club (SDSC) at the age of seven and have been playing club ever since. After an amazing three years with the club, I decided to move to SD Surf. During games, I play with a high soccer IQ. With this IQ, I can move and receive the ball when my teammates have pressure. I am very calm and composed on the ball and quick during transitions, allowing me to recover fast and make smart decisions. I read the game well, support offensive plays with overlaps, and can delay the other team during 1v1 situations. On and off the field I have strong relationships with my teammates, causing the chemistry to also be strong. Throughout my freshman year of highschool, I maintained a 4.0. GPA. Having good academic success is important to me.
